Our founders Robin and Simon met whilst working as consultants, helping enable business growth for the same client. They developed a strong relationship as they shared something in common – a desire to think creatively to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
They also had something else in common, most of their clients were not fully utilising the power of customer reviews to drive sales and revenue.
Having reviewed the market, they found existing platforms either too expensive, or with too little functionality, so they decided to build their own.
After many late nights and weekends – Review Juice was born.
Most people appreciate that positive reviews are good for business, but what many business leaders do not realise is the vital role they play throughout the consumer decision making process.
Reviews play a huge influence on search engine ranking, whether a customer will visit a website or store and then ultimately their likelihood of making a purchase.

We don’t only post positive reviews (that’s against Google policy), but our super-smart system gives you the opportunity to identify and speak to unhappy customer before they post online, and potentially stop them from leaving.

The goal throughout my career has been simple – provide IT and customer service solutions that help businesses grow.
Supported by a Masters in Information Science, I’ve been fortunate to help businesses as large as Woolworths, to local single-site restaurants establish data insights and IT systems that have redefined working practices.
Review Juice is designed to be simple to use, but incredibly powerful. A platform that clients love, providing invaluable customer insights, that ultimately give a fairer representation of their brand.
